Jesse Mohrbacher, President

Jesse Mohrbacher has been President of SolstenXP since 2002.  Since then, he has assembled a management team that has substantially grown the company’s scope of services offered to industry and associated clients.  He began his oilfield career in Anchorage, Alaska working for a large engineering consulting firm prior to being a founding principal of SolstenXP in 1993.  His primary focus is new project and organizational development to meet the needs of the company’s clients.   Mr. Mohrbacher holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Duane Dudley, Chief Financial Officer

Duane Dudley is the CFO of SolstenXP, overseeing the financial and administrative service center that supports SolstenXP and Jago Contracting & Management, LLC.  Prior to joining SolstenXP in 2009, Mr. Dudley spent more than 20 years in various commercial and corporate lending institutions and ultimately responsible for corporate lending for Merrill Lynch in the Pacific Northwest.  Mr. Dudley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.

Charlotte MacCay, Senior Permitting Manager

Charlotte MacCay has over 25 years of experience in environmental management and permitting, specializing in large-scale natural resource development.  Her expertise includes NEPA, permitting, compliance management; and baseline studies development. Ms. MacCay also has extensive experience with corporate, public, government, and Native relations. 

Pat Egger, Infrastructure and Facilities Manager

Pat Egger has over 30 years of industry construction experience in the power transmission and oil and gas industries. In Alaska, Mr. Egger has worked for major contractors in senior roles including Subsidiary President, General Manager, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Executive Director, and Division Manager in addition to numerous onsite based project management roles. He has managed large scale construction operations across the North Slope from Alpine to Point Thomson and has participated on the FEED teams for many of the major projects on the North Slope over the last 20 years.
